Job Description

Be responsible for digital/online business platform; planning, executing and measuring business impact in order to maximize awareness and eventually bring in traffic to stores for long term optimum growth and customer satisfaction.


1.    Main Responsibilities:

1.    Develop digital marketing plan and strategies to drive online traffic and store’s traffic.

  1. Track conversion rates and making improvements to online/digital platform.
  2. Track worldwide digital trends, competitive move online and social media
  3. Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  4. Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  5. Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital campaigns.
  6. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.


Other Duties:

1.    Adhere to the company’s employee rules & regulations.

2.    Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.

3.    Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times, positively representing the MFG and Swensen’s.

4.    Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.

5.    Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

6.    Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.

7.    Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.



·         Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.

·         Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, social media, viral content, application and any related digital platform

·         Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.

·         Proficiency in English communication, presentation skills and computer literate.


·         Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing or related filed.


·         Minimum 5 years experiences in Digital Marketing
