Job Description


  • Job Purpose

Accounting Process Improvement team is playing a critical role to support Shared Service Organization strategy by identifying improvement opportunities, transforming ideas into actions, and ensuring operational process of Shared Service is conducted with most efficiency approach.

He/She will involve a lot in providing development opportunities for Shared Service team members, developing key talents, and coordinating with BU, and IT including other stakeholders as necessary


  • Main Responsibilities

Support Shared Service strategy by identifying improvement opportunities, transforming ideas to actions, and ensuring operational process of Shared Service is conducted with most efficiency approach.


Identify improvement opportunities

  • Support Shared Service Management team in developing Shared Service strategic plan
  • Explore and define improvement opportunities for Shared Service
  • Evaluate the impact and prioritize potential options

Transform ideas to actions

  • Involve stakeholders into the project with effective communication
  • Plan and update project planning and project status to ensure that deliverables are achieved by target timeline and within the budget
  • Manage the resource for implementation and post-implemented issues

Ensure that process in Shared Service is always conducted with most efficiency approach

  • Monitor to ensure the new process is implemented as business as usual
  • Analyze feedbacks and inputs from real users
  • Continue evaluating the existing processes and keep exploring improvement opportunities

Team development and talent management

  • Coach team members to deliver on individual performance
  • Develop talent pipelines and plan succession within Process Improvement team
  • Support development opportunities to Shared Service staff to build capabilities



  • Degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or any relevant fields
  • Higher degrees in Accounting Information System, Data Science or any relevant fields is a plus

Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years Accounting or Financial analysis experience
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office
  • Expertise with Oracle ERP
  • Extensive knowledge or interest of digitalization and automation tools
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
  • Commitment driven and  result-oriented
  • Challenge the status quo
  • Proficiency in English Communication in both written and verbal
  • CPA is desired but not required
