Job Description

Develop and implement marketing strategies, new product development, and artwork for delivery and e-commerce.

  1. Develop both long and short-term delivery strategies to drive delivery business. Implement marketing plans and manage periodic dynamic market that consist with corporate objective and be the leader in delivery market.

  2. Develop NPD for each window including sales and docket mix forecast and promotions. Work with finance and purchasing team to conduct value analysis and ensure favorable COG ratio to sales through cost improvement projects.

  3. Implement and evaluate print material support for NPD

  4. Cross functional coordinate with Operation, R&D, and Finance to develop NPD promotions and strategy.

  5. Manage The Pizza Company’s online order & social network channel.

  6. Develop both long and short-term online strategies to drive online business.

  7. Implement and evaluate promotion and other marketing activities.

  8. Control marketing expense budget for Google Adword, EDM, Ad Network, Facebook Activity, SMS, and other media to support online order.

  9. Co-ordinate with CSC, CDC, MIS, and suppliers to ensure all database analysis and learning of all The Pizza Company asset is utilize to full potential to help improve online ordering number.

  10. Monitor sale performance and provide Management, Operation and Finance with attractive promotion campaigns to raise sale volume.

  11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

 

  1. At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management or any related fields

  2. At least 5 year experience in management of Food and Service Operations

  3. Good in English communication

  4. Good in computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
