Job Description

The focus of Assistant Manager Financial Analyst is to evaluate and analyze a company’s financial situation, project budget control, prepare company performance analysis as well as prepare recommendations and report to management.
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Performs financial reporting and forecasting;
  • Works closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting; 
  • Identifies financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual result with plans and projections; 
  • Improves financial performance by analyzing performance, monitoring variances, identifying trends, recommending actions to management; 
  • Increases productivity by developing automated reporting;
  • Ensures reporting timelines are followed and managed effectively; and
  • Performs regular and ad hoc analysis as requested by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master Degree in Finance or any related fields;
  • At least three year experience in financial planning and analysis;
  • Strong analytical skill (Ability to read, interpret and communicate detailed quantitative data);
  • Experience in Hotel Industry would be advantageous;
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions;
  • Highly flexible and be able to work under pressure;
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills;
  • Strong time-management, organizational skills and ability to self-manage; and
  • Proficiency in English.
