Main Responsibilities:

• Assist DOFB, AFBM or other assigned outlet manager on daily F&B duties
• Assist F&B team to ensure all F&B department SOP and Brand standards are inplaced properly
• Ensure that F&B service standard and procedures are implement appropriately 

Other Duties:

• Adhere to the company-s employee rules & regulations.
• Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
• Exercises responsible behaviour at all times, positively representing the Anantara Hotels
• Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Studying bachelor degree in related fields in university or college 
• Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
• Excellence skill in computer literature
• Candidate must able to provides the certify letter from their college or university as per strict requirement from Thailand Ministry of Labor in order to issue the work permit and visa

Mininum of internship period is 6 months.
