Job Description

Administration involvement in the hotel Development process, including screening and requesting information from initial leads, drafting Letters of Interest, Confidentiality Agreements, Letters of Intent and Term Sheets, requesting and coordinating reviews and budgets from internal departments, and assisting the team throughout the Development lifecycle.Full PA and secretarial assistance to the Vice President, including travel administration, calendar management, setting and confirming appointments, preparing expense reports. General administration of the Development office including support and coordination for human resources and finance matters.

Qualifications

·         2-3 years of successful administrative support or Bachelor’s degree and previous experience in the hotel industry.

·         Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

·         Complete fluency in the English language is essential, Arabic is preferred but not essential.

Additional Information

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Development for Europe, Middle East & Africa, with support provided to the wider EMEA Development group.
