Job Description

Assistant Manager– Contract & Compliance Management will report directly to Manager - Contract & compliance Management - Hotel and support contract – Drafting, Evaluation and Execution: Non-Disclosure Agreement, Sales/ Purchasing Agreement, Sub contract, Master Agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions, Distribution Agreements. Expert in analytical, financial, and people skills are critical, as this individual will co-operate assignments that require cross-department collaboration to achieve results.

 

This position will assist Contract & Compliance Management Manager in implement procedure for contract management and administration process, ensures all accuracy and compliance to laws and regulations.  This position is also responsible to support data analysis for special project that concerns with contract matters. 

 

1.     Main Responsibilities

 

  • Provides assistance to manage the contracts process, ensures attention to detail and accuracy, monitors for vendor and user compliance, and advises SCM Hotel team in pre-award contract reviews and post-award development of contract instruments.
  • Provides assistance to arrange Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Quotation (RFQ) for contract renewal / new contract initiative, coordinate with the SCM(Hotel) sourcing team in negotiating with supplier for bidding process, prepare report as required
  • Provides assistance to arrange analysis data to support new initiative projects; such as Services Contract, that assigned by Executive Management
  • Monitoring, tracking and reviewing contract and agreement documents, and notifies regarding required adjustments.
  • Arranging contract memorandum announcement toward concern parties throughout Minor properties, make operation staff acknowledge of contract requirement and monitor compliance
  • Implementing/tracking contract data in  new system of  Contract Management Program
  • Tracks saving, rebate and/or support which are aligned with the contracts
  • Able to work in other SCM areas when needed

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Supply Chain. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible work experience related to the duties of the position
