To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by administering the day-to-day operations of Wine service areas in the hotel. You will assist the Wine Sommelier to direct and ensure the implementation and execution of policies and procedures as they relate to wine sales. You will create new opportunities to maximize and generate extra revenue, recommend measures to control/reduce costs, and ensure that the operational budgets are strictly adhered to. Additionally you will assist in providing training and development opportunities for all team members in your department. You will be responsible for exceeding guest satisfaction, standards and ratings for the wine service in the property and personally make recommendations, serve VIP’s, and handle guest questions or concerns.

• Recognized Degree in Hotel Management or related field
• Must have at least 2 -3 years experience or Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations in a similar role
• WSET Level 2 Certification required
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Strongly committed to team work and customer service
• Good English comprehension - both written and spoken
