Main Responsibilities:

1.      Implement and maintain all human resources policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, and employee relations.

2.      Monitor HR payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits at store level.

3.      Organize various activities including staff party, manager’s conference and other activities as assigned by supervisors.

4.      Advice Operations team /Management team on human resources issues to ensure employee satisfaction.

5.      Set up effective communication channels with stores such as newsletter, PR, memos.

6.      Ensure exit interviews conducted and taken into action for all management terminating their employment.

7.      Administer Employee Satisfaction Survey and assist in addressing issues/concerns highlighted.

8.      Ensure orientation program is conducted for new joiners.

9.      Responsible for maintaining as active source of potential employees to ensure throughout the stores is staffed.

10.   Responsible for HR monthly report is completed on a timely basis.

11.   Perform other duties as assigned by Human Resource Manager.

12.   Perform HR Audit on a periodically basis.

13.   Handle inventory for stores request.

14.   Responsible for MCU project to maintain all staff bilateral student and student intern.

1. Bachelor/Master's degree in HR or related fileds

2. Mininum experience 5-7 years in HRM, HRD and ER experience

3. Good in commmunicaiton and interpersonal skills

4. Strong in Thai Labor Law
