PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Regional Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the day to day internal controls for the Quality

Assurance and Sales Administration functions at all sales offices.

The position will involve implementation of key strategies, projects with an emphasis on standard operating

procedures to ensure well defined internal controls are in place. The role reports directly to the Group Director of

Consumer Finance with a dotted line to VP Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.) Support the growing multi-functional role of Quality Assurance whilst being based in Bangkok

i. Relieve and support the numerous QA preview centres close to the Bangkok Hub

ii. Relieve and support the Quality Assurance Coordinator role based at Corporate Office

  • Ensure integrity and transparency of the quality assurance and sales administration process
  • Streamlining efficiencies and developing strong process with policies and procedures.
  • Provide and coordinate sufficient training to Quality Assurance and Sales Administration teams
  • Communication is a must and weekly team meetings are required for both Quality Assurance and Sales Administration teams.
  • Administer and assist product education and training is essential to all teams with an emphasis of regularly working with the Club Services Department so this vital information cascades down to the teams.
  • Ensure sales are closed in a timely manner and in line with "number of days to close" target.
  • Sales Administration and Quality Assurance must have well documented policies and SOP’s and being followed.
  • Quality Assurance Teams to follow credit policy and individual performances will be monitored.
  • SPI – Subject Matter Expert (SME) and responsible for the integrity and quality of administration workflows and contract documentation coming through to corporate.
  • SME for testing new developments in SPI
  • Assist and monitor that sufficient controls on SPI profiles being given to appropriate staff at sales offices.
  • The custodian of all Quality Assurance documentation and ensuring all documentation is legally approved and updated with correct versions.
  • Ensure all Club Discovery Contract documentation is always updated with correct versions including all language contract documents used at point of sale
  • Responsible for co-ordinating language translations as required.
  • Responsible to ensure owners personal information is securely held at sales offices. Eg credit card security
  • Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory and audit requirements for sale contracting
  • Key support person between sales and corporate contract administration.
  • Responsible for key sales reports as assigned such as “Sales Daily Flash”
  • As a senior member of Contract Administration Team will be required to assist with OE & Special Projects documentation as and if required
  • Will assist VP Sales with brief tasks and assignments as and if required

  • Ensure individuals who are not meeting expectations are managed in a timely and formal manner, ensuring all conversations / incidents are documented

  • Complete other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • Quality of documentation coming into corporate with errors.
  • Ensure sales are finalised and closed within establish timeframes
  • Distribution and Report of daily sales flash
  • Management of key applications at POS – SPI and up new applications coming on board

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration (desirable)

Experience

  • Contract management /compliance (desirable)
  • Finance & Accounting background (desirable)
