Strategic:

·         Keep up to sustainability trends and look for implication/ application to the organization

·         Work with sustainability team and related parties to develop and implement MINT’s Sustainability 5-year strategy

·         Prepare and coordinate the development of environmental/ Occupational Health and Safety related policies and goals

·         Develop communication plan to ensure understanding, buy-in and implementation by operations

·         Develop monitoring and measurement process for the corporation’s sustainability aspects

Execution/ Collaboration:

·         Work closely with BU’s to promote and instill sustainability into work process

·         Coordinate and engage BUs to participate in sustainability projects with focus on environmental/ OHS and resource utilization projects

·         Oversee the implementation and management of project-based initiatives

·         Respond to surveys and enquiries from investors e.g. DJSI, SET, CDP by conducting in-depth data collection and involving BU’s in the process to enhance their understanding of sustainable practices

·         Data collection and creating group-wide database for sustainability especially in the area of:

o   Energy utilization

o   Water consumption

o   CO2 emission

o   Waste Management

o   Other Environmental impacts

o   OHS indicators

·         Stakeholders engagement and capturing of issues, in particular of the environmental/ OHS related area

Communication:

·         Prepare presentations for Board of Director meeting on quarterly basis or as assigned

·         Ensure correct and sufficient information to public – including the writing and production of SD report

·         Communicate to internal audience to ensure they understand Minor’s sustainability approach and activities

·         Communicate to external audience about Minor’s sustainability through reports, presentations, events

·         Ensure updated understanding our Minor’s stakeholders by regular stakeholder engagements

·         Collaborate with SEC/ SET, NGO’s, Social enterprise, government bodies, other corporations, and foundations, etc to support sustainability at the national and global levels.

·         7 years of experience with at least 3 years in environmental /OHS management, sustainability development and related fields

·         Knowledge of sustainability development and support Minor’s initiatives to enhance reputation and public perspectives

·         Excellent in interpersonal skills and leadership skills

·         Fluent in both English and Thai in writing, speaking and listening

·         Good documentation, database management, and presentation skills

·         Strong computer literacy
