Job Description

Job Purpose:

 To be the champion of people development for Minor Shared Service organization by working closely with HR Director, Sr. HR Managers and respective HR teams in providing people development solutions in both L&D formats, people engagement initiatives and activities, as well as all forms of employee communications to ensure that Shared Service employees are properly informed, educated and well equipped with skills and capabilities required to perform in their job.

 

Main Duties:

 

Learning and Development Program

 

·         To develop organization capabilities for all segments of employees such as functional capabilities, line manager capabilities etc. by liaise with other HR subject matter experts and external experts

·         To conduct development needs study, analysis, interpretation of employee records such as Performance Appraisal (PA) and Individual Development Plan (IDP) as well as other documents as needed

·         To design development, improvement, and engagement solutions and ensure excellence execution of employee development program

·         To provide training roadmap for employees as relevant to the learning requirements and HR strategy

·         To track L&D performance and employee learning records using Minor required systems and tools

·         To provide executive training program coordination with external institutes and other Minor HR teams as well as to ensure all training record for executive is well managed.

·         Evaluate the outcome of learning and development activities to ensure learning and behaviour change are achieved in a cost effective manner

·         Manage training budget

·         To be the contact person to manage training compliance with government agencies

 

L&D Solutions & Digital Learning Platform

 

·         To manage company e-learning platform (i.e. Moodle or others) for all MINT Corporate Office Staffs

·         To develop innovative learning solutions, on-line learning solutions i.e. new employee orientation, employee benefits sharing (SharePoint, Portal) etc. as appropriate

·         To maximize Humatrix system (HRM & LMS module) capability and internal usage by developing approaches to educate employees and promote the system

·         To work closely with other HR team members to educate proper employee digital tools to support their office work requirements i.e. HR related programs (Humatrix, Success Factor, Smart Recruiter), Employee expenses management and admin (Oracle - iExpense, iProcurement) and other programs as relevant

 

 

Employee Engagement & Communication

 

·         To be the champion of employee communications to ensure that MINT & Shared Service employees are fully informed of the company activities, programs, employee events related to them

·         To own and keep track of HR Annual Calendar and communication to all staff for 100% execution excellence

·         To plan all employees communication according to HR strategy and HR Annual Calendar

·         To represent MINT Corporate HR in the employee activities committee and ensure that Shared Service staffs are properly informed and involved

·         To lead the staff engagement activities such as employee engagement survey and action plan development to drive organization engagement for Shared Service BUs

·         To design appropriate communication channels and content for all HR activities such as new comer announcement, annual health check-up, code of conduct refreshment etc. to ensure the effectiveness of the HR programs to staff

·         To maximize Minor employee digital platforms to ensure that Shared Service & MINT Corporate employees can utilize the systems for all employees educations and information sharing

 

 

Employee Orientation & On-Boarding

 

·         To work closely with related HR leaders and managers as well as Minor executives/stakeholders to ensure that the on-boarding program and orientation of new employees are efficiently handled

·         To coordinate on-boarding program arrangement for newcomers and stakeholders

·         To prepare the on-boarding program tailored made for L3 & above with the on-boarding packs, material excellence and checklists

·         To organize orientation session for new employees twice a month

 

Job Profile:

 

·         5-days work

·         Highly engage with Shared Service staff at AVANI at all level

·         Have close working relationship with HR teams at HQ both within MINT Corporate and other business groups on all HR related topics

·         Actively participate in all Minor HR network, committees and staff activities groups

·         Design and lead Shared Service staff engagement and all well-being activities

·         Work closely with other HR teams in all groups to leverage L&D program/systems as well as all Engagement Programs to apply for Shared Service & MINT Corporate staff

·         Conduct training sessions and communication sessions on related HR topics, learning activities as well as staff engagement activities as needed on a regular basis

·         Can use HR systems efficiently to support both HR work and employee needs

·         Keep close working relationship with Shared Service line managers and HR team to ensure on ground information are properly informed and managed

·         Have high people sense, and can offer quick turnaround solutions for positive work environment

Qualifications

Education:

·         Bachelor  Degree or higher in Human Resources Development (HRD), Human Resources Management (HRM) or any related filed

Experience:

·         At least 5 year experience in learning and development function

·         Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of HRD

Qualifications:

·         Solid HR knowledge and experiences

·         Ability to work effectively under pressure with maturity and able to motivate self and others to perform with professionalism

·         Excellent interpersonal and team skills including tolerance and flexibility

·         Good communication (written and oral) in Thai and English

·         Computer literacy in MS Office is essential

·         Demonstrates initiative and self-motivated with can do attitude

·         Demonstrate readiness to ask positive questions, learn on the fly and embrace change.
