Job Description

 

  • Define business analysis requirements, reporting and alerting requirements
  • Be the vital link between information technology capacity and business objective by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks
  • Conducts spend data and basic financial analyses.  Work together with all SCM (Hotel) Managers and on inventory carrying cost, make vs. buy analysis and other ad hoc reports as required
  • Assist to Execute supply chain network tool and model use
  • Assist to Produce innovative and accurate lowest landed cost analysis
  • Align supply chain data and reporting processes and policies
  • Assist to Identify process improvements and facilitate implementation of special high value projects responsive to core needs
  • Assist to Ensure effective delivery of initiatives, programs and directives in accordance with sourcing strategy and financial business plans
  • Effectively communicate food, beverage, indirect and service spend / forecast
  •  Calculate cost/ benefit analysis as required for food, beverage, indirect and services / productivity initiatives
  • Maintain / organize spend database information
  • Assist SCM (Hotel) Risk Management Manager/ Sr. Manager by conducting supply market research
  • Continually look for new information sources, which will provide information on industry structure, supplier landscape, and competitor actions for a range of key supply markets

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business or Supply Chain or 3-5 years related experience
  • Expert excel, powerpoint, word skills required
  •  Diversified background with experience in Finance or Supply Chain
  • Understanding of supply chain data and analysis systems (Such as Oracle, Demand Forecasting, Contract Management)
  • Experience with developing successful cost saving initiatives and driving results
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with keen understanding of relevant cost drivers
  • Collaborative leadership style with demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility in order to lead initiatives in achieving or beating challenging goals
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels within and outside of organization
  •  Solid judgment to know what is appropriate for the organization’s size/scope
  • Decisive; flexible; highly adaptable; effective in fast paced and rapidly evolving environment
  • Able to work in other SCM tasks when needed
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Experience in big data, RPA or similar is a plus
