Job Description

Position Overview

The Call Centre Administrator & Analyst is responsible for supporting the Phuket Call Centre by performing all general and administration functions as well as analyzing of marketing campaigns that include Direct Mail Outbound, Owner Preview’s, referral Previews  Daily tasks will include lead management and report management.

 

Key Responsibilities

·            Provide administrative support including filing, emailing, and other office duties for the Phuket Call Centre.

·            Update SPI, entering tours, tour hooks

·            Liaise with Tele-Sales Executive Team regarding Dated and Open Dated Package sales.

·            Charge Customers Credit Cards

·            Screen incoming emails and phone calls and action promptly and professionally.

·            Prepare reports and presentations as required.

·            Print and Prepare Call Centre production reports and distribute as required.

·            Assist Marketing purchase orders and liaise with Finance for payment

·            Assist other general office duties.

·            Provide administrative support to Call Centre Management Team in accordance with directives set from Management facilitate the delivery of qualified tours/leads

 

Key Performance Indicators:

 

Performance reviews will be conducted on an annual basis and may require coaching programs to enhance skills and overall productivity.  This position will be measured against the following criteria:

 

·            Complete all designated tasks, within allocated time frames.

·            Establish and maintain effective working relationships internal stakeholders and corporate suppliers.

·            Treat all company staff and external contacts courteously and respectfully to assist in maintaining a positive company image both within the company and in the public domain.

  • External: Marketing customers, Resort Reservations Vendors (Taxi and Excursion Companies)

Qualifications

Accounting or Finance Degree
