Job Description
Validation and alignment of Minor’s sustainability approach
Validate the company’s materiality by engaging with relevant BUs to obtain stakeholder
expectations and map them with the company’s prioritiesValidate the company’s sustainability framework by taking into considerations of
materialized sustainability subjectsOnce sustainability framework is validated, align the framework with relevant BUs
operations by working with them to develop group-wide sustainability KPIs,
targets and implementation plans in order to respond to stakeholder needs
Project Management:
Manage and engage with relevant BUs to conduct and implement innovative sustainability
initiativesDevelop systematic monitoring and measurement process to track BUs and the company’s
sustainability performancesCollaborate with HR Learning and Development department to develop Sustainable Leadership Development Program (SLDP). The responsibility will focus on contributing to
sustainability content and contacts.
Communications and Reporting:
Internally
Prepare sustainability related updates for all businesses, presentations for management review in monthly Sustainability Committee meetings and quarterly Board of Directors meetings and other assigned tasks
Create sustainability online training content to educate Minor’s management and employees, evaluate training results and develop employees’ sustainability engagement plans
Externally
Champion in writing up and producing annual GRI-standard sustainability report
Respond to surveys and enquiries from investors e.g. DJSI, FTSE, SET, etc.
Collaborate with SEC/ SET, NGO’s, social enterprise, government bodies, other corporations and foundations, etc. to support sustainability at the national and global levels.
Qualifications
At least Bachelor’s degree with at least 7-year experience in sustainability development and
related fieldsExperience in writing reports with GRI guidelines and response to national and international benchmarking surveys and inquiries preferred
Good documentation, database management, and presentation skills
Fluent in both English and Thai in writing, speaking and listening
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong computer literacy including social and multi media
