Issue invoices to relevant sources according to company policies

·    Issue invoices according to categories of AR (e.g. AR Trade, AR Non-trade, AR Intercompany)

·    Coordinate with the following sources in sending invoices to customers

       o   AR Trade (e.g. Plaza, Entertainment, Real Estate): Credit team, Property Cashier and Sales team

       o   AR Non-trade (e.g. Gift vouchers, computer leasing): Cashier team, Credit team, Supplier (e.g. HP)

       o   AR Intercompany: AP team, 3rd party logistics (currently Agility), LML

Process collections according to  company policies

Intercompany, Export Sales and Management Overseas Hotels

·    Obtain payment information from the system (currently Oracle) and online bank accounts

·    Deduct debt amount in the system (currently Oracle)

Cash Collections

·    Receive pay-in slips for the sales of Fixed Asset, Inventory and  other miscellaneous collections (e.g. car park fee)

·    Issue receipts to customers for payments received

·    Issue Credit Notes in case of deposit guarantee (e.g. Shop decorations) and  refund amount to customers

Reconcile AR according to  company policies

·    Generate AR Aging Report from the system (currently Oracle) and compare with GL

·    Follow-up on AR Aging Report and resolve issues (if any) with related parties as necessary

·    Send Reconciliation Report BU FC and Overseas Properties Management team (AR Overseas)
