Our number of restaurants exceeding 1,600 in 21 countries under The Pizza Company, Swensen's, Sizzler, Dairy Queen, Burger King, Thai Express The Coffee Club, BreadTalk, Ribs and Rumps, Riverside, Penang Street, and Poulet.
Develop, direct, and implement GBS Strategies, Plan, Process Design and Implement System. Provide advice and guidance on the GBS work process to improve work efficiency and meet MFG business expectations. Manage, evaluate, develop and assist GBS department to implement system as the supporting tools.
1 Develop IT Strategies to support GBS functions
1.1 Study and analyse GBS Strategic and direction
1.2 Develop the formulation of GBS 5-year plan
1.3 Understand as-is and identify improvement opportunity to align with GBS Strategic
1.4 Perform an assessment of needs ensuring compliance with MINT standards, budget, capital requirements and authorization.
1.5 Recommend changes and additions to information technology solutions and prepare and makes presentations of recommendations for stakeholder review and approval.
1.6 Develop an annual IT Strategic plan and details including scope, tentative schedule, dependency, responsible person/party, necessary resources and potential solution
1.7 Identify and recommend appropriate upgrades to application software, hardware or other tools, as appropriate.
1.8 Develop IT project charter to have a common understanding for all relevance parties and get support from management
2 Design work process
2.1 Work with relevance parties to design/confirm the process
2.2 Develop Standard Operational Process (SOP)
2.3 Regular update SOP and endorse to implement
2.4 Identify processes and activities that able to utilize IT systems in order to improve work productivity and efficiency.
2.5 Enhance existing business processes to realize the full potential of IT solutions implemented within the MFG business
3 Design Solution
3.1 Explore solution options in market and 3rd parties
3.2 Conduct the requirement gathering, selection and evaluation processes
3.3 Develop evaluation report and propose to review
3.4 Complete negotiate and contractual to propose management for approval
4 Implement Solution
4.1 Mobilize project covers work environment, stakeholder, kick-off, project standard and prepare for execution
4.2 Ensure the budget is strictly adhered to, that all costs are controlled and that expenditures are properly review, accept and approved with alignment with contract agreement
4.3 Act as the main point of contact for account and business support from MINOR IT and selected vendors and hold regular update meetings with Business operations on all assigned and approved information technology projects
4.4 Manage the assigned IT projects, as appropriate or requested by the Business IT Director
4.5 Manage client expectations to meet/exceed with quality and timeline and projects performed as agreed in the project charter
4.6 Manage an IT team and IT vendors to deliver IT solutions on-time (as planned)
4.7 Coordinate with Minor IT - Infrastructure and IT vendors to implement comprehensive IT services to meet project objectives and scope (as stated in project charter)
4.8 Recommend the change requests of project as necessary to assure its meet business objectives and have the highest business benefits
4.9 Develop project stakeholder communications strategy and training plan to ensure smooth rollout and transition to support
4.10 Manage the selected vendors to apply quality and project management processes in delivery project outcomes
4.11 Perform other special projects as requested by the Business IT Director
5 Support Service
5.1 Ensures proper vendor governance and healthy monitoring of services, by looking at the project deliverables, changes, problems, and service level performance
5.2 Negotiates service levels, licensing agreements, technology upgrades, and equipment acquisitions with IT support vendors and partners to meet business requirements
5.3 Manage the support service transitions if necessary as the support service vendor may different from IT project vendor
5.4 Analyse issues and Identify potential root cause and solution options in order to permanently resolve issue
5.5 Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service to the MFG.

· Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related fields/experiences.
· Project management certification of PMI, PMP will be an added advantage
· Minimum 8 years relevant experience with a minimum of 4 years in managing IT project and operation
· Lead the project which consist of end-users and IT vendor more than 20 persons and project length more 6 months
· Experience in retail especially Food industry is an added advantage
