You will be responsible for the proper functioning of the Staff Canteen operation to support all other colleagues in the hotel. Your role will also be to supervise all canteen assistants, facilities, operation and costs. You will need to coordinate with hotel colleagues in maintaining par stocks and supplies, and approving storeroom requisitions. Ensure cleanliness of all facilities and equipment. You will play a vital and active  role in the energy-conservation and environmental policies and practices of the hotel.

• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills
• Three years of experience in related field
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling
