Job Description

As a Guest Serve Centre Agent your will be responsible answer incoming call and directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or system. Multitasking abilities will always come in handy, because a switchboard operator may be asked to do other jobs as well. Your must be polite and courteous while answering the phone. You will need Open and close telephone functionality on the hotel front office software.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English & Arabic both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the role
  • Familiar with the hotel operations
