Job Description
Strategic HR
Manage overall HR performance deliveries
Ensure all areas are properly managed by closely monitoring team’s performance before sending out to business leaders/managers
Take strategic and managerial directions and turn into actions
Provide all area of HR support for the Minor International Head Office & high level HR support to the Shared Service teams reporting to the MINT Corporate Office
Establish and maintain HR work process and process improvement
Set, monitor HR budget, strategies, and HR projects deliveries for the respective organization
Establish and monitor HR calendar, year plan
Monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly HR department performance
Staffing & Engagement
Work with business leaders for Manpower planning
Facilitate changes, organization discussion and movement
Manage headcounts and 5 years projection
Ensure job descriptions for all DI level and above are reviewed and in place (ready to use)
Organizational chart facilitation for high level and company level
Talent Management
Establish and oversee people development strategy and annual planning
Execute the Employee Development Program with excellent results
Succession planning process and Talent review process
Critical role/function identification and turn into talent pipeline plan
Involve in all Talent Development Programs as HR Lead for Shared Service Organization
Compensation & Benefits
Study, analyse compensation & benefit schemes. Make recommendations for improvement.
Manage merit increase and promotion processes
Review and make recommendations for improvement of benefits
Executive remuneration preparation and coordination
Establish HR process & workflow related to Humanica
Engagement
Establish and execute organization engagement strategy and improvement actions
Proper handling of recognition of staff (birthday, promotion, celebrate special occasions)
Arrange and organize Service Award recognition event
Oversee company engagement, recognition strategy and delivery with excellence
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency to apply relevant company policies & practices and labour law to appropriately apply to the business strategies and company direction in offering the people solutions to meet the business needs
Strong organizational skills, both operationally and strategically, to meet the business expectations related to people issues
Effective interface with diverse groups, both internally and externally
Efficient management of projects and budgeting
Strong communication skills at both individual level and group level
Strong coaching, consulting and supervisory skills
Demonstrate strong listening and influencing skills
Strong English proficiency in all skills at a highly professional level
- Ability to learn on the fly and quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with business leaders

Education:
At least Master’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant business fields
Strong combination of educational background and relevant work experiences
Experience:
At least 10 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with solid senior management roles in a highly dynamic organizational environment with proven track record
Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of HR work, both operational and analytical requirements
Proven track record of managing a Human Resource team
