Job Description

· Maintaining a safe environment with proper lighting, signage, and disability access.

· Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems.

· Overseeing the daily operations of the building.

· Arranging for building improvements.

· Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs.

· Supervising and coaching staff.

· Hiring and monitor contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property.

· Scheduling contractors for fit out and outsource contractor.

· Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants.

· Maintaining records of tenants.

· Create, update, and maintain records, financial records, and other records/data.

· Support department managers, staff, and tenants.

· Organize conference room scheduling and equipment.

· Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates.

· Maintain and monitor equipment in the building.

· Monitor incoming and outgoing of email.

· Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials.

· Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support

Qualifications

· Thai Nationality Prefered

·  25 – 35 years old mature and professional male for looking a job.

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.

· Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field.

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.

· Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.

· Requires good communication skills of English Language both of written and verbal.
