Minor Lifestyle is one of Thailand's largest distributors of lifestyle brands with over 300 points of sale focusing primarily on fashion and lifestyle products. Its brands include Gap, Esprit, Bossini, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Etam, Anello, Radley, Charles & Keith, Pedro, Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Joseph Joseph, Minor Smart Kids and Bemynt. In addition, Minor Lifestyle also operates contract manufacturing business under Nawasri Manufacturing.

Management Reporting

• Support VP – Finance and Accounting for the month end closing in order to deliver timely, accurate, and appropriate business performance reporting
• Routinely review and analyze firm wide financial results and discuss variances with the functional leaders
• Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making. 
• Measure and analyze financial performance against key business metrics. Provide qualitative analysis to enable management to measure progress against goals
• Ensure a submission of monthly reporting to Investment Relation and Corporate Finance (TRIS and Sustainability)
• Work with global share service accounting manager for statutory reporting of the group with a complete statutory reporting disclosure
• Maintain the discipline of full and transparent disclosure of all areas requiring management attention and control deficiencies
  

Budgeting and 5 Years’ strategy completion

• Working with individual department to prepare budgets and 5 years plan as well as consolidating them into one overall Minor Lifestyle budget and 5 years plan with a high accuracy and timely submission.  It also covers the budget and 5 years’strategic power point presentation.
• Managing the budget for share service cost center covering Finance, Human resources, Shipping and logistics, shop development, visual merchandising and administration

Financial Planning

• Look into profitability improvement by working with Business manager and Senior Financial Controller on risk and opportunity as well as building roadmaps or business plan in order to drive the financial and operational objectives
• Improve overall forecast accuracy and work closely with Senior Financial Controller to improve working capital and cash conversion cycle
• Work closely with Senior FC and Business Manager to develop new investment toward store expansion, outside promotion and closure store analysis in order to drive for growth
• Track return on investment after execution of store expansion and outside promotion

 Management Information System

• Take an active and constructive part in the selection and implementation of financial and operational systems
• To assist VP finance as a project champion for new reporting tools

Balance Sheet Management

• Improve working capital, return on assets and CAPEX management
• Working closely with Business manager and Senior FC to flag out potential slow moving inventory, slow sales thru inventory and build action plans to reduce them in order to manage the total group performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing or any related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Retail Finance and Accounting or Auditing
• Preferably in retail/apparel/ fashion/ fashion accessories/cosmetics
• English: Intermediate both speaking and writing
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Ms. Excel ( Pivot table and Vlookup)
• Attention to detail  and good analytical skill
• Good communication and people skills
