Responsible for leading teams to deliver projects that existing and span
across one or more new factory. Manage resources, schedules and financials.
This also included management of issues, risk and project change requests to
ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process
improvement initiatives as it relate to improve project delivery. This position
often requires travel for site reviews, field surveys, meeting attendance and
construction supervision.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.

• Full projectlife cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.

• Participateand/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders

• Ensure thatprojects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

• Communicateregularly with executive management and administration regarding the status of
  current project initiatives; obtains executive guidance and approval as
  required to advance initiatives.

• Identify all the internal andexternal resources whether financial or human resources required completing the project successfully.

• Involve in coordination of all aspects of a project including supplier relations, developing project budgets and Develop proposals for work, including detailed scope, times frame period
  and budget.

• Select supplier and directs the activities in providing professional support to the operations team.

• Manage and facilitate site construction including scheduling, logistical arrangements, and cost tracking.

• Initial contact, site reviews and initial consulting, and all project-related
  correspondence and documentation.

• Provide on-site leadership for third party project by building and motivating cross functional
  team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.

• Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.

• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

• Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.

• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Having experience in construction would be advantage.

• Strong leadership, Drive for result character and enable to work under pressure.

• Proficiency in English and computer literature

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.Master Degree is a plus

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years direct experience in project management
