• Own the scoping, budgeting and proposal planning

• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and communication plan.

• Manage project risks, budget reporting and tracking.

• Ensure successful completion of assigned projects.

• Resolve any issue that may hinder project success.

• Responsible for gathering and publishing project information including scope of work, User Interface approvals, mock ups and detail specification to the programming team.

• Translate user flows and user experience into mock-ups or stories

• Work with QA Engineer in final and UTA testing

• Execute/implement the appropriate communications plan.

• Drive projects from inception to completion adopting agile methodologies such as daily standups, sprint plans, retrospectives and product demos.

• Ensure that the appropriate processes and methodologies are followed.

• Execute the implementation project plan, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time

• Effectively lead the project team, maintaining good morale, etc.

• Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities with focus on speed to market

• Be involved in sales processes for closing deals

• 3-5 years Software Project Management Experience

• Agile/SCRUM experience

• Strong understanding of business priorities

• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment based on shifting customer priorities

• Experience and skill working with developers as well as the ability to ask the right questions to get accurate estimates and understand the scope of the projects

• Track tasks from a high level as well as understand the details, recognize the problems, and come up with solutions

• Manage and support system integration testing, UAT, and production implementation

• Solid organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Strong planning skills, preparing detail-oriented and milestone driven plans, tracking these plans in TFS and able to lead teams to adhere to a rigorous project schedule

• Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
