Title: Software Engineer (.net)

Location: Bristol, CT

Duration:  12+ Months contract

Experince: 10+ in .net

Responsibilities                

• Design, develop and deploy complex .NET Applications
• Clearly articulate technical findings, issues, outcomes, and progress to team members, customer contacts, and management
• Assist in analyzing data needs and requirements of end users to design and create .
• NET applications which meet those requirements and support our business segments
• Work closely with our other areas of Technology to ensure solutions implemented meet all CLIENT best practices
• Apply
  innovative and/or established analytical techniques and good
  organizational skills to identify alternatives and develop recommended
  approaches to highly complex problems
• Effectively communicate both written and orally
• Consistently demonstrate "can do” attitude and see change as an opportunity

 Basic Qualifications         

• Working knowledge of ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, or similar web development tools
• Experience in Object-Oriented analysis, design, and development.
• N-tier, Enterprise Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts.
• Database design. UML and object modeling
• Independent thinker and self-motivated individual
• Strong communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem identification/solving skills
• Proven breadth and depth of technical expertise who can work independently with little or no supervision
• Ability to accurately interpret business requirements to build high quality systems
• Possesses drive to ask follow up questions clarifying issues
• Experience with Agile Methodology would be helpful
