Job Description:
Coordinate sample request, shipment and receiving, pre-clinical species PBMC purification, immune cell isolation, antibody staining, flow cytometry, flowJo data analysis, cell culture, immune cell activation and various immune phenotyping and functional assays.

· Possible ELISA and qPCR.

· The candidate should have basic immunology knowledge and laboratory in vitro cell-based assay experience.

· Will use scientific knowledge and skills to perform immunophenotyping of pre-clinical samples with flow cytometry, immune cell purification with antibody enrichment and flow cytometry sorting.

· In addition, the successful candidate will conduct in vitro assay development to evaluate target expression, pharmacodymanic marker and immune mechanistic safety assay development of human and pre-clinical species.
