Agile/Scrum Product Owner

2+ years of digital product experience, strongly preferred.

· Minimum BA/BS degree.

· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

· Working knowledge of programming best practices, software development lifecycle, and web, windows service, data transport, and data storage technologies.

· Experience understanding and communicating highly technical requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.

· Experience working in the financial services industry, specifically brokerage, is a plus.

· Exceptional project management skills, with proven experience delivering large projects involving complex technical requirements.

· Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

· Strong focus on relationship building, with the ability to manage up and down as needed, driving change and consensus across the organization.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership & business partners and process feedback constructively.

· Collaborative team player and desire to have fun is essential.
