• Perform tax documentation process which drives withholding and reporting

• Review various Tax documents for both the US and CAD market for accuracy

• Assign withholding rates to client's account based upon account structure and treaty eligibility

• Assist with Canada Tax reporting to Canada Revenue Authority

• Upload tax documents to Taxminder system

• Enrich Client's tax data in Taxminder system

• Respond to client's tax documentation inquiries

• Assist with Tax Documentation issues

• checker review and validation of documentation

• Scan and save documentation

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Draft processing procedures

• 2+ years of business; 1+ year of finance and/or related experience

• Strong knowledge of Custody business and awareness of income processing

• Knowledge of US and Canada tax documents preferred

• Excellent analytical skills

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to satisfy deadlines, resolves problems, and manages shifting priorities

• Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong leader and driver for results

• Ability to implement process improvement strategies

• Multi-tasking and assertive with hi-energy

• Self-starter with high energy, initiative and self-motivated
