Job Description

Role:

The Document Archivist candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the creation of and documentation within spreadsheets. Previous experience with document archiving is required. Superb organization and communication skills are critical to the job function. Ability to work with a low degree of supervision, following corporate standards, local SOPs, and work instructions is required. Previous experience with Microsoft Outlook is preferred. Candidate will be able to identify issues that arise related to the assignment, make sound decisions to solve problems, and report any concerns to management. Secondary/High School diploma and 5-7 Years of related experience.

Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements
1. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
2. Previous archiving experience or Bachelor’s degree.
3. Ability to work with a low degree of supervision.

Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications
1. Must have current computer related skill set.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required levels experience and/or education?
1. Recent college graduates are preferred with or without previous archiving experience.
2. Previous experience in archiving is required for all other applicants.
3. High School diploma/equivalent is required.

• Work schedule : Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm
• No overtime.
