Job Description

Provide standard project management discipline for Regional Anti-Money Laundering Operations & Monitoring Operations projects, initiatives, and liaison to all businesses for projects in which Americas AML Operations plays a supporting or lead role. This position will ensure that initiatives are integrated cohesively and effectively. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Develop project plans, timelines, and integration plans. · Assist in client's initiatives where requested by the business. · Institute Operational process lifecycle discipline to all efforts. · Work with the oversight committees to prioritize all initiatives. · Present status and report summaries at the PMO level to senior management. · Oversee the integration of all projects and initiatives into the existing Operation infrastructure. · Maintain plans and have oversight for all modifications to the existing Operation infrastructure. · Work directly with leadership for Process Optimization and bring PM discipline to all improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications: bilingual in English / Spanish OR fully trilingual in English / Spanish /Portuguese. Is a plus • Bachelor's degree in related field. • 3-5 years experience in AML operations or related fields. • Strong Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project experience. • PMP certification is preferred. • Experience in integration of projects as well as advanced skill in project management. • Prior experience with large scale implementations. • Proven people management skills; direct, project and/or matrix. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and demonstrate flexibility. • Full understanding and working knowledge of Operation methods, techniques,and processes as well as how to work with implementing large scale projects/initiatives. • Anticipate and respond to customer needs with action planning. • Complete requests on time with attention to detail. • Excellent corporate work ethics (timely, respectful and considerate to co-workers, honest.) • Must be a team player. • Must work well under pressure.
