Job Description
Duration: 12+ Months (with possible extension)
• High School degree
• Minimum of 5 years Administrative Assistant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working within an HR or Recruitment department.
• Demonstrates knowledge in various software programs for recruiting, talent management and vendor management as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Sharepoint.
• Skilled at responding to complex inquires from internal and external candidate(s) using proper judgment and initiative to ensure critical issues are handled appropriately
• Discretion and confidence to deal with people at all levels, internal and external to the company, with flexibility in working style.
• Experience in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment.
• Well organized, able to prioritize work and manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
• Demonstrates attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
Responsibilities:
• Provides primary recruitment administrative support for various level/ roles.
• Supports recruiters in candidate search and resume screening.
• Supports diversity conference planning.
• Regularly works with and/or has access to sensitive/confidential information where a high level of discretion is required
• Provide support throughout recruitment process.
