Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree • 5+ years of experience to include providing application development support, or business system solution/product/service strategies and directions with large, distributed, complex systems • Highly Proficient in using SQL to query databases (this is a must) • Knowledge of Business Intelligence Reporting tools (i.e. Micro Strategy) • Expert user in Excel • Excellent fact finding skills along with a great ability to focus on analytic components of projects • Experience in Entertainment industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Over the past two years we have been working with the client to build a Data Warehouse with Production Cost data from payroll vendors, SAP, Salesforce, and other sources of data. This role will work to help validate current reporting, work with end users to develop new reports that will increase the accuracy of current reporting methods, and help reduce the manual effort of TV Production Finance reporting during the Quarterly Close Process.
2. Financial Reporting that will be developed include: Profit and Loss Statements, Greenlight Tracking, Trial Balance Reconciliation, Executive Dashboards, and other Production Finance related reporting
3. Conduct business system analysis through collaboration and data analysis. Evaluate user requirements to formulate systems aligned with overall business strategies.
4. Utilize process management skills and experience to define project requirements, document project milestones/deadlines and map solution. This process will require significant collaboration across various levels of the organization.
5. Create and modify programs and applications to support business requirements to include encoding, testing, and debugging.
6. Support IT department with technology infrastructure and business services based on business strategies and IT projects.
7. Other information technology duties as required.
