Duties:
•    Perform essential protein expression experiments using suspension CHO cells for the creation of new biotherapeutic drugs
•    Titer determination and western blot analysis as needed. Design, Analysis and Electronic Documentation of experiments
•    Effectively communicate results in project and technical meetings Implement new technologies in the areas of antibody expression from mammalian host systems. Contributes to lab organization, reagent tracking and group administration Compliance with all applicable regulations; Ensure that work performed is conducted in a safe and compliant manner; Maintenance of proper records in accordance with SOPs and policies

Skills:
•    Knowledge of immunoglobulin structure and function.
•    Hands-on experience in suspension CHO cell culture. Solid background in cell biology, molecular biology or biotechnology
•    Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment. Independent thinking and ability to generate Client ideas and concepts
•    Ability to plan and conduct laboratory experiments and evaluate and interpret data

Education:
•    Master or Bachelor of Science degree with at least 1 year of Industrial biotech or biopharmaceutical work experience
