Job Description:

The Communications Copywriter will manage the development of creative content for the company s customer communication strategy. In this role, the Communications Copywriter will partner with key products and operational owners to develop and all customer facing communications, including direct mail, email, and website messaging. The Communications Copywriter will ensure that quality communications are developed, approved, and implemented with a focus on customer centricity.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, or English fields
At least two years of experience working as a Copywriter in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Experience in creating direct mail, website, and email creative and copy
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Fluency in Spanish a major plus
