Job Description
New workload for QA Operations team to support CAPA commitments (Reg Compliance BRQA audit/MHRA Consumer inspection failed effectiveness check) due end of June
Retrospective reconciliation of QAAD (audit and inspection) observation summaries to previously submitted PSMF
Create job aid on how to generate PSMF data and how to QC check PSMF
Interim workload until MS system is updated to allow insertion of observation summary
Manually extract observations in MS to support PSMF, weekly and daily
Creating a monthly file with PSMF submission information through data comparison
Qualifications
SharePoint expertise (building and managing
excel expertise (at a minimum, know how to use formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, concatenate etc.)
excellent verbal and written communication skills
good English and grammar
Microsoft Visio and process skills
Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft word savvy
50% of time supporting QPL in CAPA Council support
Advanced MS excel skills and is familiar with SharePoint management and visio. Familiar working in an analytics and reporting environment is a plus as well as strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Location: Spring House area or remote
