• He needs to have current hands on programming experience and can lead a team .

• He would be coding actively , so must be very proficient with Java coding and architecture .

• Strong Java / J2EE skills and a good understanding of databases

• Very good in Core Java – specifically Collections , Multithreading , Design Patterns , OOPS concepts

• Good understanding on Data Structures & Memory management

• Ability to work in a fast paced , agile & highly dynamic environment

• Test Driven Development mindset

• Good to have - Comfortable working on Linux systems & good hold on Unix commands

• Must have hands-on Java experience

• Knowledge on Spring , Hibernate , EJB is a plus
