Required:
• As a Researcher on the Leadership Recruiting team at client, you will be charged with identifying, mapping, engaging, and attracting world-class leaders to client who will help build and deliver our innovative technologies and services.
• Seeking a scrappy, analytical and resourceful individuals with a passion for research and developing relationships, and who have the ability to listen and understand the goals of candidates and our hiring teams.
• As a Researcher on one of our functional recruiting teams, you play the role of a sourcing expert, tapping into various tools and resources to uncover the best untapped talent in the marketplace and matching them for the roles in which they will be best aligned.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior level management on high-profile leadership requisitions and assist them in determining and fulfilling their talent needs.
• Create and execute leadership search strategies across a variety of product areas and functions, either focused on Technology or Sales and General & Administrative (SG&A) leadership roles at Google.
• Identify, evaluate, and present leadership talent to senior management.
• Build relationships with strong leadership talent in the marketplace. Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
• Leverage strategic thinking, influencing and coaching skills in order to run a successful search process and help hire exceptional talent.
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in executive search
• Research/sourcing experience in an executive search firm or corporate environment, executing a variety of searches with an emphasis on an individualized candidate experience.
• Expert at independently owning and driving the search strategy. Able to thoughtfully set out the target company universe and prioritize effectively based on key market insights.
• Proven ability to recruit high-touch candidates, preferably in the technology industry.
• Executive presence; strong consultative skills and domain expertise to build productive partnerships with leaders at client site and exceed their expectations of excellence.
• Ability to get up to speed quickly on new markets and to run a thorough, best-in-class search process, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.
