Job Title: Digital Inventory Analyst

Location: NYC

Duration: 2 Months (Possible contract to hire)

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage sales requests for digital display inventory across both desktop and mobile.
• Improve media yield through pricing, placement and product strategies.
• Configure specialized reports to highlight inventory/revenue opportunities for Sales management.
• Proactively monitor media delivery and recommend campaign optimizations as needed to ensure contractual guarantees are fulfilled.
• Create new frameworks for media analysis and inventory management.
• Manage inventory models to ensure maximization of revenue and increase sell-through rates.
• Work closely with Sales managers to assemble relevant ad packages.

Required Skills:

Candidate should have a minimum of 6-12-months experience working in online media on the content or agency side in a strategic/quantitative/analytical role.

Desired (not required) Skills:

• Must have solid analytical skills and be comfortable working with large sets of data to build reports and identify trends for the benefit of Finance, Ad Operations, Sales and senior management.
• Strong proficiency with Excel is essential (pivot tables, database). Any experience with online ad serving technologies is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to organize and manage projects within an unstructured environment.
• Must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to review proposed media plans and devise creative solutions to meet advertisers’ pricing and targeting needs.
• Self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative and argue a point of view.
• Candidate should have a sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
