Exhibit proficiency in all of the following: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, urine drug screen collections, paternity collections, breath/saliva alcohol testing, LCM/Cyber Tools, TestCup, pediatric blood collections, difficult draws (patients in mental retardation facilities, long-term care facilities, drug rehabilitation facilities, prisons, psychiatric facilities, or similar facilities).

Please Note:-

• Need someone who has at least 6 months of realtime
  experience working as a phlebotomist in the doctors office or clinic (apart
  from externship as externship experience will not be counted)

• They MUST have a valid CPT license from CA
  state.

• They should have at least GED or High School
  Diploma or associate or bachelors degree from the state of USA( if education
  degree is from abroad then they should have an evaluation copy from AACRAO as
  in case of Jonathan)

• This is a floater position so they should
  have their own reliable transportation with a valid driver license and a clean
  driving record.
