his position will be responsible for Collection calls in a fast paced goal oriented collections department. This individual will accomplish the following:

Provide customer service regarding collection issues
Process customer payments via credit card or ACH
Review account adjustments
Resolve client discrepancies and short payments
Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
