• At least 7 years of experience in Project Management and implementation
• At least 7 years of experience as Scrum Master
• At least 4 years in project scoping, estimation and scheduling
• At least 4 years of experience in architectural frameworks and design principals
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment and client interfacing skills.
• Analytical skills
• Experience in Telecom domain
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Take ownership of the technical delivery of a project / work stream which will be delivered by your team on-site and off-shore
• Should manage dependency, track risk and issues and highlight as appropriate to key stakeholders
