Job Title: Customer Service Representative I
Duration: 6+ Months Contract to hire
Location: Warrendale, PA
Work Schedule:
Available shifts M-F - 9:30-6:00 PM EST; 9:00-5:30 PM
Pay: $13/hr. on W2 all inclusive.
Description:
Receive and place telephone calls.
Perform data entry and use software programs.
Maintain solid customer relationships by
handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.Must document all calls and evaluate each
account to determine if further research is necessary.Responsible for providing world-class service to
our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.Required to meet productivity standards as set
forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to
management.Requires close attention to accuracy, performs
independently, subject to practices and procedures.

These are entry level Front End CSRs
Candidates are taking calls from patients for Rx
re-orders, may have to occasionally speak with doctors/nurses, but mainly
patientsWill take 50-60 calls a day
Will look at candidate’s right out of college
Submit just Computer and Typing test, and Math
test will be given onsite to stay consistentCandidates need to be DEPENDABLE

There may be a possibility that they will be
temp to hire. It will depend on performance and business need as the yr.
progressesMust have 2yrs experience and we are open to
retail customer service experience (call center is a plus); will look at recent
college graduates; candidates
also need to have at least 6 months at previous employers (avoid job hoppers)I would stick to $13 per hr. If we were to bring them on they would
then get a bump up to $14.50 if hired on permInitial training is roughly 2 weeks and during this time it would be
9am – 530pm
