• End-to-end recruitment for IT positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.

• Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking to source candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.

• Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house).

• Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Location: Baner, Pune, India

• Nature of Work: Work From Office (WFO)
