Generally, Mind You is a mental health service that focuses on the provision of professional mental health preventive programs offered via video conference, phone call or chat.

Mind You was established with the goal of creating happier, healthier and more productive workforces. The eMental Health platform was conceptualised in January 2020 because of the growing need for easier access to preventative mental health care. The development was then fast-tracked and launched due to the demand created by the global pandemic. Hereby, virtual mental healthcare will fulfill the unmet need for clients traditionally underserved by other mental health practitioners. There are some scientific sources stating that online mental healthcare has been shown to be effective for clients who may have difficulty reaching person-to-person appointments with Psychologists during normal business hours, while decreasing the number of missed appointments for in-person therapy.

Primary Purpose of the Position

The Psychologist is responsible for ensuring that the established Mental Health programs, internal systems, and policies of the company are implemented with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism. Mind You set a new industry standard for Mental Health care, and as such, continuous improvement of said programs, policies and guidelines should follow. S/he is also responsible for ensuring world-class delivery of counseling, preventive care, and professional service to the staff of our client companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Administers internal operational workflows and establishes systems, operating procedures, and processes in accordance with the Mental Health Laws, code of ethics, and the National Privacy Commissions;

2. Performs Psychological interventions such as but not limited to counseling, psychotherapy, assessment, etc to the clients;

3. Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral issues of the clients;

4. Reviews relevant resources, synthesizes evidence-based and translated complex mental health concepts to ensure understanding from the client’s perspectives;

5. Provides psychological assessments and recommendations for appropriate treatments or interventions to, the clients;

6. Establishes effective client relationships to provide optimal client solutions;

7. Conducts case management and other administrative tasks, if necessary;

8. Identifies opportunities for efficiencies in the SOPs and innovative approaches to completing the scope of work; and

9. Promotes Mind You to potential prospects and industry leaders to help move towards the overall goal of serving millions of Filipinos.

• With at least 5 years of relevant experience
