As an intern student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to one of MindMaze’s key Neuroscience R&D projects over a period ranging from 3 to 6 months.

The overall objective of the parent project, which is in collaboration with the Neuropsychology and Neurorehabilitation Service of the CHUV, is to develop and implement virtual reality-based neuropsychological assessments and training protocols to restore cognitive deficits after brain damage. We are looking for a Unity developer specializing in virtual reality and/or game development to complete our team to further improve our solutions.

Your mission: 

• To contribute to the design and implementation of exercises/games in VR
• Improve and develop the current software framework
• Diagnose and optimize performance and stability issues, and develop solutions
• Implement UX/UI proposals
• To document all the development, recordings and findings

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of Unity3D and C#
• Experience with UI/UX
• Strong skills in software engineering and good software development practices
• Min B2 level of French and English

Icing on the cake:

• Previous experience with virtual reality
• Good experience with Git/Bitbucket
• Experience with mobile app development
• Experience with 3D modeling
• Demonstrable interest in development focusing on the patient’s care and clinical interest
