Job Description

You will join a small team and participate in the maintenance and evolution of the IT infrastructures. The HQ is in Switzerland, your scope will be multi-site with a mix of in-house and cloud environment.

You will:

  • Configure, manage and maintain the technical and security requirements of physical servers, Virtual systems and operating systems in a mixed Linux/Windows/MAC environment
  • Provide admin support for special purpose systems including new services implementations – Collaboration services (Atlassian Confluence/Jira/Bitbucket), File sharing solutions (Owncloud), and SSO integration (Keycloak, LDAP/Kerberos/SAML/OAuth/OpenID)
  • Perform periodic performance reports and optimize resources
  • Harden and lock down Windows and Linux systems to ensure full compliance with security requirements
  • Windows server management in particular in a mixed environment
  • Configure and manage Authentication systems, SSO, Hardware authentication (Yubikey..), PKI, Radius 
  • Configure and manage virtualisation environments – Docker, KVM, LXC
  • Ensure monitoring – Zabbix, Prometheus, Elastic Stack
  • Configure and Deploy management tools – Ansible
  • Use and management of versioning tools – Git
  • Standardize workstations equipment - Ansible management across multiple platforms
  • Maintain network facilities in individual machines and settings of personal computers
  • Ensure new account creation/adjustment/cancelation. Manage users’ systems/accounts authorization rights in the IT infrastructure
  • Maintain data center environment and equipment
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify possible intrusions
  • Documentation, POC and validation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or Systems Administration/system Engineer certification or equivalent is a plus
  • 5+ years of work experience as System Administrator
  • Experience in Linux system administration and networking
  • Experience of Linux shell scripting, programming skills (Bash, Python, Perl...)
  • Experience of virtualisation
  • Experience with Network design and security
  • Windows systems administration is a plus
