Job Description

As MindMaze’s HR Manager, you will be the sparring partner for MindMaze’s HR Director and will be responsible for providing day-to-day service in all aspects of human resources.

You will: 

  • Develop, improve and disseminate MindMaze’s HR policies and best practices regarding talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning & development, employee relations and more
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team leaders concerning HR standards and best practices
  • Be responsible for smooth HR operations across all countries in which MindMaze has offices (Switzerland, Romania, France, UK, Germany, USA)
  • Partner with MindMaze’s HRD to develop implementable HR strategies: talent acquisition and development, performance management, total compensation packages 
  • Be responsible for your own HR projects supporting MindMaze 3-5 years business plan. Initial projects will include : optimization of payroll and administrative processes, training and development needs analysis
  • Manage the full cycle of all recruitments
  • Develop and manage the Employee Value Proposition and Employer brand

    Essential skills:

    • Master’s degree in Human Resources 
    • Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Generalist in an international environment with a strong operational focus
    • Proven knowledge of Swiss labor law, payroll and social insurances 
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and file sharing systems such as JIRA and confluence
    • Experience in managing the full cycle of talent acquisition including sourcing ideally in a High Tech/Medical environment
    • Problem solving supported by outstanding analytical skills
    • Track record of HR Project management 
    • Absolute Fluency in English and French 

    Additional Information

    • Experience working with issues related to HR issues in the US, France, UK, Romania or Germany
