Job Description
As a MindMaze sales representative you will be responsible for boosting revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability within a given geographical area.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell our products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs;
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Adress customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
- Systematically achieve sales targets within the agreed schedule;
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other MindMaze departments
- Analyse the territory potential, track sales and maintain regular status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Essential skills:
- Relevant experience as a sales representative in the healthcare industry;
- Relevant experience in a consumer goods company;
- Experience building a highly specialised network, a on Neuro-rehabilitation would be a big plus;
- Extensive experience of first level troubleshooting of electronic or electromechanical devices;
- Previous experience on a CRM;
- Minimum C1 level of English;
- A good command of German;
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of time, nationally and internationally.

- Previous exposure to Salesforce.
