Job Description

As a rehabilitation specialist with extensive neuro-motor experience, you will be assisting end-users of our current and future healthcare products and contribute to the goals of MindMaze’s clinical, R&D and marketing teams.

You will be involved in the following:

Clinical Product Application:

  • Testing, validating and developing a clinical education and support program to fully integrate MindMaze technology into clinical practice;
  • Participate in testing and development of workflow of new MindMaze devices and applications;
  • Provide clinical education knowhow to clinicians on MindMaze Products at clinical sites;
  • Assist with development of clinical content for product training;
  • Involved in ongoing evaluation of current clinical programs;
  • Preparation and development of clinical programs for next generation technology.

Clinical Support:

  • Support the clinical research team in managing clinical and technical problem solving at clinical sites;
  • Support marketing and clinical projects.

Product Development and Product Feedback;

  • Involved in defining clinical requirements of MindMaze products;
  • Testing new and existing functionality prior to technology upgrades and releases;
  • Validate features of MindMaze products by supporting the development of virtual reality based exercises and assessments for rehabilitation by working directly with product management and engineering teams;
  • Participate in focus groups.

Qualifications

Essential skills:

  • BSc. MSc. Or PhD. in occupational therapy, physical therapist or equivalent (recognized by SEFRI/CRS);
  • Proven experience working with patients, preferably with neurological impairment;
  • Experience with functional, motor assessments and goniometry;
  • Experience with assessment and treatment of cognitive and perceptual impairments;
  • Minimum C2 level of spoken French or English and minimum B2 in for the other language;
  • A valid driver’s license (validity recognized in Europe).

Icing on the cake:

  • Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in neurorehabilitation;
  • Ease with technology and word processing;
  • Experience with use of technology in rehabilitation;
  • Experience of working in a medical device company.
