Job Description

You will join MindMaze IT Team and participate in the maintenance and evolution of the IT infrastructures and will also provide IT support to the company employees.

In particular you will:

  • Configure, manage and maintain the technical and security requirements of physical servers, Virtual systems and operating systems in a mixed Linux/Windows/MAC environment.
  • Provide admin support for special purpose systems including new tool implementations – Collaboration tools (Atlassian Confluence/Jira/Bitbucket), File sharing solutions (Owncloud), and SSO integration (LDAP/Kerberos/SAML/OAuth).
  • Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together over multiple sites and tools.
  • Perform periodic performance reports and optimize ressources.
  • Harden and lock down Windows and Linux systems to ensure full compliance with security requirements.
  • Ensure virtualisation – OpenNebula, Openstack, Docker
  • Ensure monitoring – Zabbix
  • Deploy management tools – Puppet
  • Ensure versionning tools – Git
  • Install new/rebuild existing workstations, peripherals, services, settings, storage, etc…
  • Standardize workstations equipment.
  • Maintain network facilities in individual machines and settings of personal computers.
  • Ensure new account creation/adjustment/cancelation. Manage users’ systems/accounts authorization rights in the IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain data center environment and equipment.
  • Perform inventory management.
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify possible intrusions.

Qualifications

Essential skills:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or Systems Administration/system Engineer certification or equivalent;
  • Significant experience in Linux system administration and networking;
  • Experience of Linux shell scripting, programming skills (Bash, Python, Java...);
  • Experience of virtualisation.
  • Experience with Network design and security.

Icing on the cake:

  • Windows and MAC workstations support management would be an asset.
  • At ease with Atlassian’s suite and agile methodology
